I knew I had to have this the moment I saw it! I positively adore the perspective of the scene, as if I’m there looking down that cobblestone street myself. The colors and textures are gorgeous, and the picture doesn’t do the actual item justice. I love anything Parisian, and the Bar De L’Entracte Tapestry stays true to everything I’m attracted to about France. The piece has an undeniable air of artistry and mystery, and makes me long for a stroll down the street.
At first I was going to hang this in my bedroom, but after a friend saw it and expressed her amazement, I knew I had to hang this somewhere that gets more traffic. I decided to hang it in the dining room, and I’m glad I did. Whenever we have guests the conversation always turns to the remarkable wall tapestry hanging there. Most people assume I got it from an expensive gallery or boutique. Of course, I got it from Decor4u, but it fools them every time. People love to make up stories about who’s coming and going there. This piece is so alive!
